Service Description
This initital call out covers the inspection and diagonsis of your appliance. We can tailor a quote to suit the job which will layout all costs and labour required for the job. This price does not include additional labour. Please note preferred time for booking Zone 1 is Afternoon. ZONE 1 Area includes: Aranui, Avondale, Avonside, Belfast, Bexley, Bottle Lake, Bromley, Burwood, Clifton, Dallington, Edgeware, Ferrymead, Heathcote Valley, Hillsborough, Linwood, Lyttleton, Mairehau, Marshland, Moncks Spur, Mount Pleasant, New Brighton, Opawa, Parklands, Phillipstown, Prestons, Queenspark, Richmond, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Shirley, South New Brighton, Southshore, Sumner, Taylors Mistake, Waimari, Wainoni, Waltham, Woolston For servicing areas outside of Zone 1 & 2, please give us a call to organise a repair technician. We apply a k/m rate to suit the travel outside of serviced areas.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Repair Mate for your appliance repair needs! Please read our booking policy carefully: Call Out Fee: A call out fee of $120 applies to every service visit. This fee covers the technician's travel to your location, as well as the inspection and diagnosis of your appliance. Scope of Call Out Fee: Please note that the call out fee only includes the initial assessment. It does not cover any parts or labor costs associated with the repair. Labor and Parts Costs: After the diagnosis, we will provide you with a detailed quote for any necessary repairs. Costs for parts and labor will be invoiced separately and are due upon completion of the work. Booking Confirmation: To secure your appointment, please confirm your booking with our team.
